Real Time Radiography
Amorphous selenium (a-Se) FPDs are known as “direct” detectors because X-ray photons are converted directly into charge. The outer layer of the flat panel in this design is typically a high-voltage bias electrode. X-ray photons create electron-hole pairs in a-Se, and the transit of these electrons and holes depends on the potential of the bias voltage charge. The charge pattern is then read by a TFT array in the same way images produced by indirect detectors are read.
GE Film Digitizers FS50 / FS50B are designed to provide high-end performance in film digitizing, offering superior quality at high throughput. The steel housing gives the robustness needed for the industrial environment of NDT applications. All standard film formats can be digitized, up to a width of 35 cm (14 in.), without length limitation in any resolution between 50 μm and 500 μm. The FS50B is the first and only digitizer on the market that can handle the full density range (D = 0 up to 4.70 D) in one working range with the requested contrast sensitivity. This makes the scanner meet the requirements for class DS film digitizers, according to EN 14096 part 2. This classification has been evaluated and confirmed by BAM, the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing.

There are three physical methods of NDT hardness testing recognized in the field: the static UCI (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) method, the dynamic rebound hardness testing method, and the optical TIV (Through-Indenter-Viewing) method. The decision to utilize a specific method depends on the test problem.
Tanks are used while developing and fixing of films to hold the chemicals and water. We manufacture tanks in SS and fiber material. They are available in 2, 3, 5 & 10 gallons
Chemical Mixer Rod is used to mix the chemical to form a uniform solution without crystals
Safe light is used in dark room for viewing films in dark. If normal light is used, films will get exposed.

Radiation Warning Sign Boards are used to intimate, notify the personnel around that radiography work is being carried out and please be at a safe distance.

Film Viewers also known as Illuminators are used to view, interpret and analyze high density films. Due to the high density it is not possible for the interpreter to view the films with normal light source.

Cee Vee Tong
Cee Vee Tong is used for handing Isotopes, & pigtails. If while radiography, due to accident if radiation source or the pigtail carrying it falls out of camera, cee vee tong is used to pick the same from at a distance to ensure safety for the personnel.

PVC stands for PolyVinyl Chloride, a material used to make cassettes to hold film during exposure.
We manufacture PVC Casettes in various sizes as per customer requirement in Velcro / Inner Outer types. They are used to keep film in it, so that the film is not damaged or exposed due to light.

The well-established and proven ultrasonic flaw detector USM Go is available with joystick operation or as the new USM Go+ with arrow-key operation.
